WTI Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Rules Book 6100-A, the current surcharge effective June 1, 2013, is 28%. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective July 1, 2013, is 28.8% based on the average WTI for May 2013.

HDF Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Mileage-Based Fuel Surcharge Tariff 9015, the current surcharge effective June 1, 2013, is .49 cents per mile. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective July 1, 2013, is 47 cents per mile, based on the average price per gallon for Highway Diesel Fuel (HDF) for May 2013.
