WTI Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Rules Book 6100-A, the current surcharge effective May 1, 2012, is 33.6%. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective June 1, 2012, is 32.4% based on the average WTI for April 2012.

HDF Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Mileage-Based Fuel Surcharge Tariff 9015, the current surcharge effective May 1, 2012, is 54 cents per mile. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective June 1, 2012, is 53 cents per mile, based on the average price per gallon for Highway Diesel Fuel (HDF) for April 2012.
