WTI Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Rules Book 6100-A, the current surcharge effective February 1, 2012, is 30.4%. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective March 1, 2012, is 31.2% based on the average WTI for January 2012.

HDF Fuel Surcharge Status

Per CIC Mileage-Based Fuel Surcharge Tariff 9015, the current surcharge effective February 1, 2012, is 47 cents per mile. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective March 1, 2012, is 46 cents per mile, based on the average price per gallon for Highway Diesel Fuel (HDF) for January 2012.
